Totally new to ECM. Pretty new to nano-fits in general. Looked around a bit for Rook setups, and I'm on my way to Battleclinic, but I figured I'd get this out there and see if its remotely viable. Any alternates or improvements greatly appreciated...

Actually, it ain't bad. Ain't that good either, but it's a necessary evil if you're training for a Rokh. Rail sniping for 180 DPS at 90k with a 4 minute cap (Spike), and 300 DPS with Cal Navy AM for close encounters plus a passable active shield ...
